Why I’m Here
I’ve been in customer-focused positions for the last 10 years. No matter what industry it’s been in, my job has always been to keep the customer happy, satisfied, and coming back.
Applying that conviction to my customers and yours means we both get to build our business and provide meaningful and relevant services and content to people who need them.
Lifestyle blogging is not a new and exciting field to be sure, and there are so many great blogs and writers out there already. Why am I different? I like to keep things down to earth and reality-based. Life is messy. My own home never looks like the beautiful Instagram ready blog pics I see, and I don’t think anyone else’s really does either. My content for blogs keeps this in focus and aims to provide an honest, practical approach to solving problems that everyone can relate to.
As for why I want to be a customer service contractor or data entry guru, that is easy. I like to help. Small or new businesses need help with customer service and administrative tasks, both things I specialize in and have for many years. Doesn’t matter the job, I will own it and make sure all expectations are exceeded.
Random Fun Facts

I loathe pumpkin pie and cheesecake, but I love pumpkin cheesecake. I know. Makes no sense to me either.
I sometimes write rough drafts and outlines with actual pens on actual paper. I’m old school.
